About Maggie

Maggie is a qualified Executive Coach and a certified Diversity and Inclusion coach who brings value to executives through her coaching. This contributes to the strategic aim of increasing continuous professional development. In turn, this should lead to wellbeing and retention of staff, increased productivity and profit, and an increase in diversity and inclusion.

Maggie understands the importance of good mental health and how coaching can lead to an increase in personal happiness and reduced stress. She firmly believes that everyone needs a listening ear, including executives and senior leaders. Maggie’s coaching provides this as well as guiding people to find their own solutions in their business and personal lives.

Maggie is a member of The Association for Coaching and follows the AC global code of ethics. Her background is in careers guidance, and then as a ‘woman in a man’s world’ in consumer protection and ministry. Having broken through barriers to become the first woman to chair her professional Institute, she has a unique skillset to offer. She provides an open, safe and confidential space to explore issues and let clients find their own answers by empathetic, attentive listening and insightful questioning.
